Just a quick post… I have just finshed painting these Renault tank turrets in emplacements; as used by the Germans in their Atlantic Wall defences. They were 3D printed by me, originally in 1:100, I resized them to 1:76, still pretty small mind.
Cheers,
Pete.
Those are nice! Pete! 🙂 The detail’s come out well for the size of them! According to the Osprey New Vanguard on the Panzer 38(t), turrets for those tanks were used on the French Mediterranean coastline if you were looking for something different (and I think Panzer II turrets were used there as well).
Thanks John- the extra info for Dragoon sounds great too. Be fun to game the other invasion of France some day. It ties into a book I read not that long ago too… ideas for campaigns there….

Pete.
Looking good Pete. Them printer is awesome for this kind of thing. Did you use Thingiverse for the file.
Thanks- yeah from thingiverse rescaled a bit. Worked fine I think. Though I dobut the usefulness of a short barrelled 37mm gun….

Pete.
They’ve come out very nicely – perfect for a mini Atlantic wall.
Thanks- I’ve plans to print more bunkers now that I have found some files for them.
