From the Shed: NBC troopers and assorted GW figures.

I rush painted these for the Zone Alfa game that I featured in my last blog post.

The NBC troops are, of cource, early Copplestone sculpts (still available from Moonraker minitaures) . I can’t say enough nice things about this range….

The Ur Ghouls and Spindle drones are from the Blackstone Fortress exapansion pack that I picked up.

They should be useful for lots of different things. The Ur Ghouls (the blue ones) were to  stand in as mutants in Zone Alfa.

Cheers,

Pete.

  7. I really like those NBC trooppers.yep I too am a Mark Copplestone fanboy he is one of my all time fav sculptors, and buying them from Moonraker/EM4 makes them a real bargain too.

Lovely painting on all the figs, but those blue ghouls are the stars of the show.

    Cheers Roger.

Nice work! Copplestone was one of my early favorite sculptors, and I still really like his stuff to this day. Good call on those models for Alfa, as well – I wouldn’t have thought of them!
I also like the dual-use of those BSF models for Alfa as well. Smart thinking!
