From the Shed: Zuk vans and scatter terrain.

I previously posted a couple of examples of the Zuk van that I printed out in 20mm, this time I simply rescalled the 3D model file and reprinted them to match my 28mm models. As you have probably guessed these are heading into my Zone Alpha terrain collection.

I did one van a military green colour whilst the other is more beat up with different coloured doors and more rust.

The bit of scatter terrain is also 3D printed and should make a nice bit of setting for a bandit camp.

Cheers,

Pete.

That’s another great thing about 3D printing – it’s easier to get the models in the scale that you want. Nice work on the vans!

  3. They look really good, Pete! πŸ™‚ I’ve got to agree with Dave Kay as well on the scaling issue – as long as parts don’t get too small and delicate, 3D printing offers a lot of flexibility!

  4. Very cool, and nicely painted too, for some reason the sofa and chair made my think of the movie “Final Girl”.

    Cheers Roger.

Nice paintwork! You can do a lot with the vans, very useful.

  6. Went to look these up, didn’t realize they were Polish. Excellent!

Nice work, Pete. Actually, if you put wheels and an engine on a shed, that’s pretty much how I imagine they would turn out πŸ™‚

Thanks Chris. Eastern European cars never developed a reputation for build quality in the UK did they. That said I always hada soft spot for the little Lada 4×4… not sure what that says about me….

      Cheers,

      Pete.
