From the shed: Kill Team terrain.

A quick post here to round off the month… I finished painting the last of my kill team terrain that I got from the Sector Sanctoris kill zone.

All were painted in acryllics then given an oil wash to bring out the details. A chaos cul;tist made his way intosome of the photos from a sense of scale. I may go back and add some zombie arms poking through one of the grates yet… undecided on that as it would involve basing it.

It will be good to game with fully painted terrain now.

Cheers,

Pete.

PS- here is a picture of me in my favourite Tshirt for IRO’s March challenge….

The terrain is awesome, great work Pete!

  5. Cool shirt mate, simple image, but looks great! Your terrain pieces are also really nice, reminds me I need to do some terrain bits for our Dead Zone games, but I’m getting a little distracted at the moment with new toys!

Have you thought of just putting a small plate under the grill and attaching the zombie arms to that rather than basing the whole piece? if you did it carefully you could then add it and take it away as and when you wanted them. Just a thoughtπŸ˜‰.

    Cheers Roger.

That is a great suggestion Roger- thank you. I’ll work something up on those principles. There is loads of room under the piece to get something suitable.

      Cheers,

      Pete.

  6. Nice terrain there, Pete! πŸ™‚ Quite a selection as well!

Thanks John. Yeah got enough for a fairly busy board now. Could do with some completely line of sight blocking pieces too now and I’ll be done I think.

      Cheers,

      Pete.
