Quick post today… I’ve put some paint on the prints I ran off. Nice adobe style buildings for the MENA region or Afghanistan.
A couple got mounted on MDF bases with plasticard walls added to make compounnds.
I just gave them a quick paint job with the usual acrylics and washes. I bought the stl files from here.
Cheers,
Pete.
They’ve come out well, Pete! 🙂 I like the compounds!
Thanks John. Already for an Afghan game I’ve got lined up.
Cheers,
Pete.
They look pretty good. I especially like the nodding donkeys in your other post.
Regards, Chris.
Thanks Chris. It madfe sense to do the nodding Donkeys on an oil base to me- a little stereotypical I know.
Cheers,
Pete.
Nice Pete.

Very nicely done mate, love the added compounds.

Thanks Roger. I love to mix the 3d prints with the more traditional forms of modelling.

Looking good Pete. I must get my printer fired up again.
Thanks. Mine has been getting quite a lot of use printing out Dark Age terrain recently.

Looking really good!
Are they hollow inside or filled (from the bottom)?
Thank you.
They are filled- but I did set the internal structure to just 10% in my slicer.

Pete.
